An American actor, born in Dallas, Texas, to a family of Polish origin. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and obtained a master's degree in acting from the University of Illinois. After completing his studies, he moved to Los Angeles. He began working in television and cinema in the 1980s. He was also nominated for a Tony Award in the category of Best Featured Actor in a Play. Stephen participated in many works, such as the movies Mississippi Burning (1988) and Groundhog Day (1993).
