An American actor, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, on September 9, 1899. Neil Hamilton received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1960 for his film career. Neil Hamilton began his career in show business when he got a job as a model in magazine ads, an then became interested in acting. He joined several theater companies, where he gained experience as an actor in professional theater productions, which is what allowed him to make his film debut in 1918 with The Beloved Impostor (1918). Hamilton's most important works are Tarzan the Ape Man (1932), Tarzan and His Mate (1934), and Batman (1966-1968). He died in Escondido, California, USA, from complications of asthma.
