British actress and costume designer born in Sunderland, Northern England. She moved to the United States and began working in fashion design. She worked in cinema, TV, advertising, and video games. She is the sister of costume designer Lisa Eisler. She is famous for her work on The West Wing and Scandal. She has won two Emmys in 1992 and 1993 for her work in Homefront.
