An American writer and graphic designer of comic books and cartoon stories. He was born in London, United Kingdom. His mother was a caterer, while his father was an internist. Growing up on Long Island, New York, he enjoyed the works of genre writers like Rudyard Kipling and science fiction authors like Robert Heinlein. In addition, he presented a wide variety of comic books, including Ms. Marvel, Gen13, Sovereign Seven, and Iron Fist.
