An American writer and illustrator, born in Massachusetts, United States. He is known for his writings and drawings, especially his books for children. He became famous for writing “The Cat in the Hat,” “How the Grinch Stole Christmas!”, “Ten Apples Up On Top!,” and “If I Ran the Circus.” Most of his books were turned into films and cartoon series for children. His credits include The Grinch (2018) and The Lorax (2012).
