English-Australian actor and writer, born August 12, 1970 in Somerset, England, UK as Charles William David Mesure. When he was five years old, his family moved to Australia and he grew up in Sydney. He studied law at the University of Sydney. His notable works include City Life (1996-1998), Street Legal (2000-2003), and Boogeyman (2005).
