American actor born Richard Thomas Herd Jr. on September 26, 1932 in Boston, Massachusetts. During high school, he received early acting training on radio and theater. Among his works are: All the President's Men (1976), Get Out (2017), The Mule (2018) and The China Syndrome (1979). He died of cancer on May 26, 2020.
