A Canadian actor, born on January 19, 1968. Matt Hill is best known for his role as Raphael in the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III. He participated as a voice actor in several animated works. His other notable work includes the film Shanghai Knights. He is also an avid environmental activist.
