An Indian actor, born on April 24, 1987, to film director David Dhawan, and Karuna Dhawan. He earned a degree in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. He worked as an assistant director on the film My Name Is Khan. He made his acting debut in the film Student of the Year, after which he presented two commercially successful comedies; Main Tera Hero and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.
