He was an Egyptian director, born in 1931. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in 1955 and worked as an assistant director with many directors, including Ezz Eldin Zulficar and Henry Barakat. He is known for Save This Family (1979), The Lady's Driver, (1994), and Mr Doorman (1987).
