An American writer, actor, and producer, born on October 19, 1969, in Colorado. While in college, he co-created the series South Park in 1997 with his fellow student Matt Stone. In 1993, he wrote, directed and produced the film Alferd Packer: The Musical. His notable work includes Orgazmo (1997), South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (1997), Team America: World Police (2004), and Despicable Me 3 (2017).
