An Italian actor who was born in Seravezza, Tuscany. He is one of the actors who entered Italian cinema through his handsomeness, and he excelled at the beginning of his artistic activity with romantic roles, and when he met during the sixties of the twentieth century with major Italian directors, he turned to dramatic roles and crime films. He is famous for his roles in the movies The Burglars (1971), Indian Summer (1972), and The Cricket (1980).
