Indian comedian born on 4th June 1947. He appeared in many Hindi and Marathi films. Since the late 1960s, he has been known mainly for comedy films and for his collaboration with Laxmikant Berde. Apart from films, he also starred in TV series. He worked in the film and television industry for over 45 years. He has acted in more than 250 films, most of them are comedies. He started his career with Janaki (1969). He is known for Donhi Gharacha Pahuna, Tumacha Amacha, and Chimanrao Gundyabhau.
