She is a Canadian actress, born in Alberta, Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Alberta- Augustana Campus. She has more than 20 years of experience on stage and in front of the cameras. She is known for her roles in Before I Wake (2016), Best Years Gone (2021), and Proxy (2013).
