An American actor, writer, and director, born April 22, 1946, but grew up in Baltimore during the 1950s. His fame rose in 1970, as he made several films during this stage, but his wealth and business increased in 1988, reaching $8 million. He is best known for his roles in the films: Hairspray (2007), and Mangus! (2011).
