An Italian actor, born in Palermo, Sicily, Italy on September 25, 1935, as Gerlando Buzzanca. He won an ANFF Award in 1965 for La parmigiana (1963) and an Italian Golden Globe Award in 2008 for I Viceré (2007). Lando Buzanca married Lucia Peralta (1956-2010), with whom she had two children, and she remained with him until her death. Among his most important works are Divorce Italian Style (1961), Seduced and Abandoned (1964), and The Sucker (1965). Buzzanca is a comedian who started his career as a television actor, then turned to films, and he often played the role of stupid characters who find it difficult to learn or adapt to reality, as well as the role of someone who suffers from a sexual obsession.
