An American writer and actress, born in Illinois, the United States. She is best known for being among the writing team of the program Saturday Night Live for more than twenty-five years. She also participated in writing the comedy series 30Rock (2010). She voice acted in the movie Inside Out and co-wrote Sarah Cooper: Everything's Fine.
