Jamila Awad is an Egyptian actress who was born and raised in an artistic home; as her father is film director Adel Awad, her mother is actress Randa and her grandfather is comedian Mohamed Awad. She attended Faculty of Mass Communication at the MSA university. Her breakthrough came in 2015 with her role as Hania, a young drug addict, in the TV series, Under Control.
