A American actor and director, who was born on November 17, 1901, and died on February 17, 1982. Lee Strasberg debuted in 1924, when he appeared for the first time in a play produced by the Theater Guild that was shown in New York. After that, he worked as a stage manager for some of the Syndicate's productions. In 1931, he co-founded a theater troupe called “The Community Theater.”. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, and also nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer. Strasberg acted in several films, including And Justice for All, The Cassandra Crossing, and The Godfather: Part II.
