He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kuwait University in 1977, and a master’s degree in modern literary criticism (theatrical criticism),...Read more Cairo University in 1984. He worked as a teacher in the Ministry of Education in 1969. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts since 1987. He was the dean of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts from 2002 to 2005. He has several articles and studies in theatrical criticism published in some periodicals, especially (Al-Bayan). He wrote some radio and TV dramas. He participated in presenting some television programs.
