An Egyptian director and screenwriter, who studied directing at the Higher Institute of Cinema and graduated in 1996. He wrote the three short story collections Ramesses II. In 1996, he won the Bronze Award at the Ismailia International Festival and the Special Jury Prize. He is best known for writing the series Hell Stone (2017) and the movie We Have Never Been Kids (2015), which he also produced and directed.
