He received the Danish theatre award Reumert for his performance in Ole Bornedal's "Skrigerne" at Copenhagen's Aveny-T theatre. He won Theater Award REUMERT for Best Actor of 2007 for Mephisto in Faust at The Royal Theater in Copenhagen and the same award in 2008 for Hamlet in Hamlet at The Royal Theater in Copenhagen.
