Fred Peck is a movie geek, a comic lover, and a madman of the movie world since his childhood. Fred grew up in California, and he was refused from the film school more than once, so he went to listen to lectures and teach cinema by himself. He later worked in writing, production, and directing. He directed two films in the mid-eighties, then directed the third part of RoboCop (1993).
