In addition to producing Donna Summer's singles like "Love to Love You Baby" and "I Feel Love," he established Musicland Studios in Munich, a recording studio that numerous artists, including the Electric Light Orchestra, utilize. He collaborated with Queen and singer Elton John. Moroder also composed the soundtrack to the film Midnight Express (1978), which won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe, and produced a number of songs for Three Degrees and two Sparks albums. Singer Bonnie Taylor included his song "Here She Comes" on the album "Bitterblue" in 1985, and in 1990, he penned "Un'estate italiana," the official song for the 1990 World Cup.
