A French-Canadian rock-pop singer and songwriter who was born on September 27, 1984. She has been nominated for eight Grammy Awards and won seven Juno Awards. Lavigne is one of the most popular and successful singers in her music, as her music is usually dominated by a rebellious or "punk" style. Her music generally talks about teenagers, especially in her first album, which made her distinguished in the music community. Her albums have sold over 31 million copies. Lavigne also appeared in the movies The Flock (2007), and Charming (2018).
