His graduation short film Prva plata was nominated for a European Film Academy Award, and Men Don't Cry (2017) is his first feature film,...Read more which won the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival Award in 2017. One of his most important works is the film Carnival (2007). Bosnia and Herzegovina also nominated the film Carnival to represent it at the Academy Awards in the Best Non-English Language Film category.
