She is a Canadian actress, born on November 20, 1976, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. When she was 5 years old, she started acting in radio dramas and animation series. She went to Crofton House School. She studied social-ecological systems design at the University of California. She is known for her roles in The Faculty (1998), A Mighty Wind (2003), and Severance (2006).
