An American actress, who was born on January 9, 1978 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and raised in Philadelphia. She graduated from the Yale School of Drama and was awarded the prestigious Princess Grace Award and the Leonor Annenberg Fellowship for Dramatic Art. She began her career off Broadway debuting in 2005, and participating in various works, including the series The Chi 3 (2020). She also appeared in Grey's Anatomy, The Rookie, NCIS, High Maintenance, Orange is the New Black, Law & Order, and The Wire.
