American actor born on 21 November 1968 in Waterloo, Iowa. He's best known for his voice work in the English-language versions of Japanese anime, most notably the Dragon Ball franchise, such as Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, and Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'.
