Chinese operatic soprano singer, born on November 8, 1968, in Shanghai. At the age of eighteen, she began studying at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She is known for Madame Butterfly (1995), The Metropolitan Opera HD Live (2006), and Animated Tales of the World (2000).
