English actress born on 28 October 1929 in Brigg, Lincolnshire, UK. She is a Golden Globe and Tony Award winner and an Academy Award, Emmy, and BAFTA nominee. She made her onscreen debut on the series Sara Crewe (1951) and her most notable works include the films Stalin (1992) and 101 Dalmatians (1996).
