He participated in 37 Moroccan films between the years 1974 and 2004, including About Some Meaningless Events, Other People's Wedding, and Naoura. He also participated in several foreign films filmed in Morocco. He also participated with Moulay Driss Kettani and directed Cairo Street (1998). His other works include Bouchaib the Blessed (2008) and Road to Tangier (2012).
