He graduated from a hotel management school and then gained more experience and practice in the kitchen at the American University of Beirut before moving to Switzerland, where he took several courses in kitchen management. He founded a...Read more hotel school in Iraq and worked there, achieving wide fame, but security conditions forced him to return to Lebanon. He created courses to teach culinary arts, nutritional principles, and food technology. He was appointed head of practical courses at the Hotel Technical Institute, where hotel school students pursue postgraduate studies. He served as director of the Hotel Technical Institute in Dekwaneh. In 2015, he participated in the fourth season of the singing program Celebrity Duets on the Lebanese MTV screen to support a charitable organization.
