British actress, born in Newcastle, UK. She studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Art, and also at Newcastle College. She went to London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art: Lamda Summer School. She received a BA in Psychology from the University of Liverpool in 2009. She started her career in 2013. She is known for Sorry We Missed You (2019), I, Daniel Blake (2016), and Vera (2011).
