American director, writer, director of photography, and editor, born in Longview, Texas. He is a 1988 graduate of Longview High School, and he studied at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. He is known for Hands on a Hardbody: The Documentary (1997), Tattoo You (2016), and Surfer, Dude (2008).
