She is a Canadian actress of Pakistani origin. Iman is from Markham, Ontario and she attended Unionville High School. In September 2020, she was cast as the titular character in the upcoming Disney+ series Ms. Marvel, after which she is set to reprise her role in the film The Marvels (2022).
