An American actor, director, and writer, born in Holdenville, Oklahoma, USA. He was raised on his uncle's farm. He joined the US Marine Corps from 1946-1948. He attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah and Baylor University in Waco, where he graduated. He won a one-year scholarship to study abroad in Paris and worked under French actor and director Jean-Louis Barrault. His acting credits include The Return of the Living Dead and Feast. He died on August 5, 2022, in Los Angeles, California, USA.
