An American actress, singer, and songwriter, born on August 6, 1956 and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is part Native American on her mother's side. Her father was a classical violinist and her mother was an artist. In 1974, she graduated from Chatsworth High School. She began acting in the late 1970s, and she graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She's best known for the TV series Hunter (1984-1990).
