A British actor, born in Essex, England, on March 16, 1928, and died in London, England, on June 22, 1993. His notable work includes: Four Desperate Men (1959), I'm All Right Jack (1959), and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968). Victor trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art...Read more (RADA) and made his film debut in Seven Days to Noon (1950), and participated in the play The Trial of Mr. Pickwick (1950). From 1950 to the early 1990s, he appeared in many films and television series, and played supporting roles in 5 films of the Carry on franchise. Towards the end of his life, he devoted much of his time to charitable work. He died of a brain tumor in 1993 at the age of 65.
