Bhutanese actor and director, born in 1982. He studied film production at the inaugural Busan Asian Film School in South Korea in 2017. His debut short film won an award at the Seoul International Senior Film Festival. He is known for Seven Years in Tibet (1997), Gyalsey: Legacy of a Prince (2015), and Honeygiver Among the Dogs (2016).
