A British-Iranian journalist and TV host, born in Ealing, London, England. Christiane was previously married to James Rubin. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Journalism. Amanpour received the C.B.E. (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2007 Queen's Birthday Honours List for her services to journalism. Her credits include Iron Man 2 (2010), Zoolander 2 (2016), and Trash (2014).
