A British actor, born on February 22, 1940, in London, England, United Kingdom. He is the son of Francis Chagrin and the brother of actor Claude Chagrin. He married comedian Rolanda Chagrin. He produced comedy television programs, including The Orchestra, which was awarded the Gold Rose of Montreux in 1986. His works include Blow-Up (1966) and The Concert (1974).
