A Mexican-Canadian film director and actress, born on February 27, 1990, in Mexico City, Mexico. She immigrated to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at the age of 13. She grew up in White Rock, British Columbia, and graduated with a BA with Honors in Motion Picture Production from Capilano University. She also teaches directing at the Vancouver Film School. Hailed as one of the best-emerging directors in the horror genre, she is also an actress and best known for her voice across her works such as Super Monstros: Nova Turma.
