A South African actress, born in Cape Town, South Africa. She studied drama at the University of Cape Town and graduated in 1979. She has lived in both London and New York. She worked at The Space in the 1970s. Terry has worked over the years in film, television, theater and radio. She has been nominated for and won numerous theatrical awards and has acted in theater in New York, London, Edinburgh, Washington, D.C. and Boston. Some of her credits are Freefall (1994) and Breathe (2017).
