American actress who was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA on October 24, 1931 and died in Ridgefield, Connecticut, USA on April 5, 2010. She married Jerry Minskoff (1966-1994), and they had 3 children. He remained with her until his death. Her most important works include Tales of...Read more Terror (1962), Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1962), and The Fastest Guitar Alive (1967). She played supporting roles in the fifties and sixties, and in 1959, she won the title of Deep Star as a promising actress, signed a contract with MGM, and appeared almost exclusively on television. She was the daughter of the CEO of the Detroit Automobile Company. She was trained for 3 years as a nurse at Bellevue Hospital in New York. She worked as a model before joining drama school. Her first appearance was in the series The Thin Man (1959) and continued her work in cinema and television in supporting roles with some presentation tournaments. She retired from her artistic career after presenting The Fastest Guitar Alive (1967) and devoted herself to working in the modeling field. She retired completely in 2005 in New York until she died in 2010 at the age of 78.
