American actor born in Russia, on February 2, 1904. He is known for his comedy roles, and also participated in some television works. He made his debut in Underground (1941), and his last work was 13Chosts (1960). Among his most important works are: Danger in the Pacific (1942), Backfire (1950), and Beast with Five Fingers (1946). He died in Seattle, Washington, on June 19, 1961.
