An American silent-film actor, born on April 25, 1869, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, USA. He appeared in more than 88 films between 1913 and 1942. He worked in the Vaudeville Theatre. He is known for The Virginian (1914), The Squaw Man (1914), and Carmen (1915). He died on February 24, 1945, in Hollywood, California, USA.
