An American singer and actress, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Connie is the youngest of four siblings. She was hired by choreographer Michael Peters for a Tony-nominated Broadway revival of Michael Bennett's "Dreamgirls" at the Ambassador Theater in 1987. She is also the voice of Grandma Lucy in the animated film All I Want for Christmas Is You (2017). She's known for Pivoting (2022), NCIS (2012-2021) and How to Get Away with Murder (2017).
