Spanish actress, born in Madrid, Spain on March 13, 1913. She received the 1961 Sant Jordi Award for Best Spanish Actress. She obtained a law degree, and became a famous actress in Spanish films in the 1940s and 1950s. In 1950, she began a long-term relationship with Edgar Neville's that ended with his death in 1967. Among her most important works are: El baile (1959), Carmen Frai rossi (1939), and Teatro (1984). She died in Madrid, Spain on October 18, 1994.
