He was a British actor and composer, born on May 19, 1903, in St George Hanover Square, London, England. He was a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He his theatre debut in "The Rose and the Ring" (1922), while his screen debut was in Our Betters (1933). Sinclair appeared both on Broadway and in the West End. Among his notable works are, The Saint's Vacation (1941), The Saint Meets the Tiger (1941), and The Four Just Men (1939). He passed away on December 29, 1962 in Slapton, Devon, England, at the age of 59.
